* conducted a 1st session training of 50 teachers, 35 from high school and 15 from elementary Dept. last July 29, 2006.
* requested a meeting w/ Dr. Maris to agree with the following:

* made the 2nd session training of the selected 30 teachers (from the pre-assessment sheet) last August 5, 2006.

b. Environmental Science - Robelen Nacion

* conducted an orientation meeting last Sept. 5, 2006, to the core group in preparation for the courseware creation and classroom integration
* agreed to have a regular schedule for courseware creation w/ the on-site support of the training staff , every Tuesday at 2pm
* the following teachers made the LMS classroom integration to their respective class:
a. Mr. Renato Sagayno of 27 students in 1 class( last October, 2007)
b. Ms. Robelen Nacion of 40 students in 1 class( last November, 2007)
c. Mr. Bernabe Gullem of 40 students in 1 class(last December, 2007)
* conducted an evaluation for both the teachers and the students with their LMS access/usage

*Conducted a 1-day training session for 8 teachers from HS & College Dept.
* formed the pilot teachers for the Free Trial Integration:
a. Computer – Edsel Monsalud
b. English - Fe Resurrection
c. Science - Johnny Tillor
d. Math - Roy Toring
* established an online communication (thru YM or email) of Mr. Edsel Monsalud, the Dean of Computer Department for giving them further assistance.
* Initially, the teachers made use of our existing learning objects in their classes
* Software Operations courseware was the pilot subject which was created thru the support of Sir Edsel. Our existing learning objects greatly helped for its completion.
* Classroom integration initiated by Sir Edsel in his classes of Software Operations with the students from nursing & computer departments
* Customized the client’s site instance of the following aspects:
a. the look and feel of the site (such logo)
b. welcome message (prepared by Sir Edsel)
* gave an online orientation to the students on how to make use fully the forum & chat for a successful learning collaboration
* rendered an on-site visit to the school for an orientation of the other teachers and students as well, last November, 2005
* visited the school for an LMS evaluation by Ms. Geraldine & Ms. Rose, last December 7, 2006

a. How to Create Course
b. How to Manage Content

*Selected the following pilot teachers/core group for the free trial LMS integration:
a. Computer - Carmela
b. English - Jihan Yares
c. Science - Vanessa Garganera
d. Computer - Mary Anne Cadampog
*Called for a core group meeting, discussing about the online courseware development protocol as well as setting a regular weekly meeting schedule of every Friday. This was done last Sept. 15, 2006.
*Rescheduled the onsite content support training from October to November because of their busy preparation of the United Nation Activity
* LMS Activities deferred to January 2007 due to the internet connectivity problem.

c. Fundamental of Problem Solving - Vera Kim Tequin
* created completely the coursewares outline in the LMS from their
submitted syllabi or lesson plans thru the assistance of our content support
team last September, 2005.
* gave close support in the content creation via online
communication (ex. YM / email) , assisted by Ms. Rosita Mangubat
* LMS classroom integration was deferred due to the absence of internet
connection in their computer laboratories.

* conducted a product demo to the 9 teachers of the Engineering
Department last August 12, 2006.
* Assisted the creation of their suggested following coursewares for

c. Analytic & Solid Geometry(EM121)
*Ms. Ferolin, the Dean led initially the evaluation of LMS by accessing the
existing learning objects in the portal
